Nutrition, health, and wellness have always been a passion of Megan’s. From a
young age, Megan has had to embrace her own challenges and push boundaries to
overcome many obstacles to restore her health. Her experiences inspired her to
bring positive change to others.
Megan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western
Ontario upon completion of an Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics.
She continued her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated with
honours, earning the designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and
Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner.
In addition to her nutritional education and experience, Megan also has a strong
passion for physical activity, in particular resistance training. She is certified as a
personal training specialist.
Megan lives by her philosophy of addressing the person as a whole, creating
balance in the body through an evidence-based practice.
Megan creates customized
protocols, developed by addressing root causes, to empower, encourage and assist
others to achieve their highest level of well-being.
Megan empowers her clients to re-establish their health through a variety of
methods, some of which include, improving stress management, supporting brain health, enhancing sleep quality, correcting digestive & hormonal imbalances as well as promoting healthy weight management and immune support.
